Two years work experience after graduation?

Does it have to have two years work experience after graduation in order to apply for Z visa? My company wants me based on my teaching experience but I only work one year after graduation.

Yes, it is true. They want at least two year teaching experience for application of work permit. After you get the work permit, you can submit your application to Chinese embassy or consulate for work Z.

just do some research. read: http://lawandborder.com/faq-new-visa-law-and-regulations/
especially under 10. It talks about criminal checks and that's what pissed me off. in the end, i used china valid. worked for me. problem is since september, china is really pressing down on applications and my renewal came up in august with criminal record checks in place. Gl!
