About:Getting Around Harbin

Can I pre-arranged a Van for 4 persons with 3 luggages from Harbin airport to downtown?

And what companies Provide this service?

As for your case, it is not necessary to book a van beforehand. Upon your arrival, you can take a taxi directly to the downtown.
