I was born year of the horse..It possible to find my love

because he still in my heart and my mind even I find someone else but my heart still betting with him and still inspected to meet him someday?

As for your case, you should be active to ask him out, which may add possibility of your getting back to a relationship. If it does not work, you should move on and your Mr. Right would appear in a near future.
