About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

my chinese friend lives in Kuwait and wants to visit hong kong and macau. will he require a visa or

will he be given upon arrival?

Yes, he needs to apply for a Chinese travel document from Chinese embassy in Kuwait if he does not have 港澳通行证 with valid HK and Macao entry permit.
