Which month would have the best chance of visibility of Mt. Everest- June or July?

Both can be ok. Actually, it is best time to trek Mt. Everest during April and Sep.

I heard the vehicle can only take you to Rongbuk Monastery, which is about 4km from the Everest base camp!
