About:Chinese Embassy in Poland

Tourist visa China- French/ROmanian

Im French and my boyfriend his Romanian we live in Poland since one year we have our PESEL number, so do you think we can apply for a tourist L from Warsaw, or we need to go back to our country each of us??

May i know if your PESEL is issued for permanent/temporary residents?if yes, it is ok for both of your applications. You can also confirm this with the embassy directly at 48 22 6358333 - 5054
