You can take the airport shuttle bus to reach Jianwu Xinluo Hotel in SIP and then change to take a taxi to reach your hotel.The distance between the Jianwu Xinluo Hotel and your hotel is around 3 to 3.5km. The subway system is available in Suzhou.

I remember the bus will take you to Central Park of SIP. Upon getting off, you can walk to Central Park MTR Station to take subway line 1 to Nanshi Street Station. Get out from exit 4 and you can walk to your hotel within 500m. As for the subway mar, you can try to get one at local subway stations.
