Ticket for AC Fast Train to Suzhou and Shaoxing

Hi, My name is Vinod from India. I want to travel to Suzhou and Shaoxing from Shanghai Main station. Which station is most suitable for me I will be staying near the Bund area.so please suggest is it convenient to board train from shanghai station. Can we book one day advance from the station.
