About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Who can p/u and drop off applications?

And I able to pick up and drop off my adult sons application for his visa or does he need to be present in person? He does not live in Vancouver and doesn't want to put his passport in the mail.

Yes, sure. You can submit application and collect his passport on his behalf. Personal appearence is not required.
