About:Year of the Rat

Will I meet a permanent partner this year? My birthdate is June 13, 1960.

I would like to know if I will meet a permanent partner this year. If yes, will the person be from a foreign country or from my homeland of USA? Any details would be appreciated.

Yes, you will meet your permanent partner this year and it may be a guy of USA.
You may meet some guy you like this year, but you still need to be more active if you meet that guy. In this way, chances will be lost.
Hope you can find someone love you.
