I had ordered an item to my country.  I got a tracking number and the status now says NULL. It has been nearly 2 months since it was ordered. What does this mean? When will it reach? PLEASE HELP

The information online appear on August 26 and on August 28, the parcel was in HK. The status was Arrival at inward office of exchange.
