About:China Postal Service

PLEASE HELP!! China post says "NULL" AND TRACKING NUMBER: RB282348855CN

I had ordered an item to my country. I got a tracking number and the status now says "NULL". It has been nearly 2 months since it was ordered. What does this mean? When will it reach? PLEASE HELP

As I know, you should gvet the wrong tracking number. You'd better recheck that. Then I can find the information for you.

The information online appear on August 26 and on August 28, the parcel was in HK. The status was "Arrival at inward office of exchange".

I am not sure why it comes back to Shanghai from HK. With this pace, it may require at least 15 days to Qatar.
