Hello, i know they opened my package, so now i must pay for the package extra? en where is pek? Stil in China?

I just know it was in Beijing yesterday. The latest updating shows that on Aug. 27, it was delivered to Beijing International Aiport (PEK) for customs check. Then it will be posted overseas.
