About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

hi, I'm indonesian and wish to travel in China for 3 weeks time, can I apply for visa in Hong Kong?

thanks to all for your help, I think there is an office in Hong Kong for foreigners applying for it, should be possibile also for indonesian passport holder right?
