About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

apply for a new Alien employment permit?

l got a new passport earlier this year, so my work visa is still in my old passport. l was told by the police that i must carry both passports for inspection. My worry is, my alien employment permit has my old passport number, so should i apply for a new alien employment permit?

Hi, it is not necessary to get a new alien employment if you have got your work Z already, but make sure apply for the temporary residence permit with your new passport after entry.
