is there still running a daily (tourist)bus between yangshuo an pingan in yunnan?

There is no bus between YS and Pingan. You need transfer in Guilin. In my opinion, if you plan to book a hostel in Pingan, you can ask the hostel stuff in Pingan whether they provide pick up service. As I know, some local hostels provide such kind of services.
