About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

Can I buy a Shanghai Transport Card at Pudong Airport before 9am? Arrive at 7am?

I am staying for 5 days and hopefully the Maglev Train is included in the SH Transport Card. We are staying in Pudong so we use the Metro quite a lot. Any advise.

The transportation card can be bought at the Maglev station, but the ticket office of the magleve station at 09:00.
I think you can go to the SPD Bank, Pudong airport Branch to have a look. The transportation card can also be bought in this bank and the bank is in operation 24 hours. So you may go there to have a look.
