I think the Aishan Hot Spring is good. For this spring, there is direct bus to reach from the YT city area. Every morning, there is a direct bus at Park Lot of B Distriction, JUSCO. I did not hear that the hot spring close. It is suggested to book the bus ticket in advance and you can try to call at 86-0535-2710677 to ask for more detail information.
