About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Can I get from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to Yue Xiu Park and back to airport in 3 hours?

I have a layover en route to Beijing and want to make the most of my brief time in GZ city

Three hours is limited to travel to the park and then back.
From the airport to the city downtown area, the bus takes about an hour and in total you need at least about two hours on the way. I do not think one hour is enough for you to enjoy the Yuexiu Park.
It is suggested to stay in the airport.
