How's the weather in Taipei in September?

Planning a trip to that city on 20 Sept to 25 Sept, what will be the estimated temperature? Will there be any predicted tycoon ard that date? Thanks :)

According to the previous records, the temperature is around 25 to 30C during that time, but it is hard to tell you whether you will meet typhoon or not during your visiting.
In my opinion, although it is still in typhoon season, but you may not meet it if you are lucky enough. If the typhoon is not so serious, you can rearrange your trip to shopping locally.
