What holidays and rules observed in Han Chinese people?

Food preferencesand inluences
and forms of greeting/ service expectations for Han Chinese People
If i was Han Chinese what types of food would i eat?

Hi, Chinese Han people has the largest population among all the nations in China and the national public holidays are all their previlege, such as New Year Holiday, Spring Festival, Tomb Sweeping Day and Mid-autumen Festival.

For greetings, we usually say "Ni Hao" or "Hen Gao Xing Jian Dao Ni'.

The regular food for us are rice, noodles, porridge, meat, vegetables and others.
