Dear Mina. i called chilean post and they say that this package haven´t arrived to chile Although it was sent on august the 22th.
Im just thinking it got lost.
Where can I file a claim?

RB258670027CN According to the infor on Aug 18, it should have left Beijing on transfer.
RB258670013CN Still, I failed to track this one. Are you sure this is the correct tracking code?

I called the chilean post office and they said that non of the packlages has arrived to chile. Could you give me more detalis of the arrival? Or could you tell me wich departmet i can make all this cuestions to?
