About:Chinese Embassy in Argentina

My parents are in Neuquen, how can they apply for a visa? we are staying in Beijing 3 days

Hi, if you just transit via Beijing for a stay less than 72 hours, you are able to use the 72 hour free transit policy if you have ticket to another country other than Argentina. Otherwise, you need to apply for a Chinese visa in advance from Chinese embassy in Buenos Aires.
