i was promoted as an intern last jan 2013 and had bad failing results starting feb until aug 2013 when i thought i should have better luck for the first half of the year. why is my work luck not showing? ive done all to improve performance sine feb 2013 until now but its not reflecting on my numbers.. is this bad luck?

Thanks.. What do u mean other aspects? Will i have better luck on the last quarter of the year or will i just consider another job? Ur true that my seniors is doing a lot for me and i appreciate it. Will i just keep on doing my best and wait for the results or luck will not be on my side even if i persevere this year?

May 2, 1984: bad work results
