may i enter tibet from nepal then move to xiangji.

I want to enter through nepal with India registered motorcycle.I want to reach Moscow and then to europe. I am a Indian citizen.

Hi, this may be difficult, because you have to get a Tibet Entry Permit first which as I know is very diffucult to get currently. Besides, to travel with your own vehicle, you have to get permission from Tibet Travel Bureau. Sorry, I am not sure where is Xiangji. in Xinjiang Province?
