Best way to travel from Hong Kong to Guanghai

For Guanghai, do you refer to the town in Taizhou, Zhejiang?
If so, you need to reach Shenzhen first. If you want to take the train to reach Guanghai from Shenzhen, you need to take the train from Shenzhen to Hangzhou city.
From Hangzhou, you can go to Hangzhou East Railway Station to take the bullet trains to reach Taizhou. From Taizhou you can find the local public bus to reach Guanghai Town.
