About:China Visa on Arrival

I am a Malaysian and would like to visit Shenzhen for few days, can I apply the Visa On Arrival?

and after 2 days in Shenzhen I also would like to travel to Guangzhou for 2 days as well, is this allow?

If you plan to visit Guangzhou, then you should to apply for a L type instead of VOA. The VOA for Shenzhen just allows you to stay inside Shenzhen.
