When I fill in my tracking number it says: 0 items found! My tracking number is : RB515990115CN

(payed with PayPal July 30 .2013, seller shipped August 1st. 2013)

When I track it it has an update for today:

Collection Guangshang NL Mon, 19 Aug 2013 18:56:00 GMT

But you should really get it touch with the seller and ask what happened. If he marked the item as shipped on the 1st it should have been updated a while ago...
