Question

I lost my Father at the end of last year and since then i have been on anti depressants and had anxiety/panic disorder and agoraphobia. I just cant see myself getting any better as my grief is as strong now as it was 10 months ago. I've lost my job and cannot leave the house unless im with someone.

Oh, dear. Don't feel so frustrated! Although you do have much stress from job matters and family trifles this year, you can well overcome them all as long as you are stron enough. Treat people around friendly and you will often get help from them. Then things will be fine!
