About:Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

Are you still able to see and hold the pandas during winter in Chengdu Breeding center or is it too cold?

You can still see the pandas there in November, but it is hard to tell whether you can hug it or not. It is suggested to pick up a sunny day and you may have chance to hug once.
