You can take bus E21 to reach Mong Kok Police Station, Nathan Road and then walk to reach Sham Shu Po. From the police station to Sham Shu Po, there is about 1km. The bus fare is around 14HK$ and it takes about 75 minutes. The bus operates from 05:30 to 00:00.
