About:Terracotta Army, Xian

How far is it and/or how long does it take to get from the Xian airport to the Terracotta Army museum?

And can we just turn up at the museum and buy a ticket to see the Terracotta Army and mausoleum, or do we need to book in advance

It takes about 70 to 80 minutes by taking a taxi. If you choose to use the local public transportation system, it takes about two hours.
It is not necessary to book the tickets in advance and you cannot book in advance.

Thanks for that. How much can we expect to pay for a taxi from the Airport? And will it be easy to get a taxi to return us to the Airport at the end f the day?

It is easy to get a taxi to reach the museum and the taxi fare is around 200RMB.
