From No. 53, Hatielu Street, you can find two direct buses for Changti Town at 09:30 and 15:00. Upon reaching Changting Town, you can take a taxi or rent a car with other people to reach the snow town. For living, Xuexiang Hostel is suggested. Actually, you can ask the local people to find a place to live easily. The activities are not so much in September. It is suggested to go there in December.
