Is my son will have a better future?My son D.O.B is 4-4-1994

as of now he stop this semester and now working.. Will he be able to study again? What courses is good for him? He got a girlfriend D.O.B April15,1993 is there any possibilities that they will be together in the future? Thanks a lot and more power..
