About:China Postal Service

Why is "waiting for transit airline space" for over 20 days, Tracking code:RA581015885CN

I bought an item from China and on July 14. On July 19 it said "Departure from China" and then the next update was "waiting for transit airline space". I haven't seen an update since. Any idea where my package is?
