the tracking number "RB568262958CN" show me since 5 days NOT FOUND

I get the tracking number "RB568262958CN" (Shenzhen to Germany) from the seller on 09.08.2013, and until now 16.08.2013 is still show me "Not Found"!!! is this normal?
