About:China Postal Service

the tracking number "RB568262958CN" show me since 5 days NOT FOUND

I get the tracking number "RB568262958CN" (Shenzhen to Germany) from the seller on 09.08.2013, and until now 16.08.2013 is still show me "Not Found"!!! is this normal?

Yes, it is normal. Generally, you can start to find the tracking information in a week.
