Medical question in visa application

Recently from school, I have been determined to have inactive/latent TB. I am currently on medication for it. Will this prevent me from obtaining it? Am I to answer yes to the infectious pulmonary TB question? and then give explanation below? or answer no because I'm not infectious to others?
