About:China Postal Service

Anybody know how to contact China Post?

Their service is very bad, email them no reply, they don't provide customer service.

I posted a parcel from Malaysia to China on 18-6-2013, it is already 2 months, no sounds at all. If possible I would like to request them to return my parcel, I will use DHL/FeDex to resend.

2 months time enough to reach MARS !!

I only know the service number of China Post is 11185, but I am not very sure whether you can ask your parcel back or not. I think you may have a try.
