I am 1976 oct female dragon. I am resigning my career without a job.

Very stress job and nasty colleagues.

Do you want to ask when will you get a better new job or what other thing do you want to ask?
If you want to ask the career future, it will be a bright future. You will of course find a job you like very much, although you may experience a lot of difficulties. After you get the job, it will develop so well and you may even get a promotion.
