Please my tracking number is RA375852583CN

when i track my item it gives me the report that departure from outward office of exchange but it has still not gotten to my destination. It's been two months and two weeks now. Please help me out.

It is so strange for this situation.
In my opinion, if you buy something from China online, it is suggested to ask the seller to help you to check the parcel at their local post office.
