About:China Visa Fees

Is an overstay visa on an F business not expired but didn't go out for a day on time. black listed

I overstayed 3 days last year and 30days this year on an F business type exit every 60 days. I had to leave for a day then re-enter. Last year got a warning, this year 30days overstay I paid the fine 10,000 and they will give me a ten day L to exit, my question is will they give me a hard time to get a new one to mainland, I live in china for over 5yrs now married to a local one baby boy 1yr old, need to get back in what are my chances to get one in hk, or should I get it from my own country better chance? asap pls help time running out wife freaking out, thks

Hi, it is hard to say. But it is a better option to apply in your own country instead of in HK.
