need help about shipped to thailand: RB609819394CN and RB609819385CN

last status say Departure from outward office of exchange on 30/07/2556 location 51003100 Guangzhou now dont' receive.

In July 30, both of the two parcels were in Guangzhou and from then on, no information was updated.
It is suggested to wait for a while patiently.
