How do I go from Pudong Airport to the Shanghai JC Mandarin Hotel on 1225 nanjing xi road?

What is the fastest mode of transportation? Bus, Taxi, Subway?

You can take Maglev to Longyang Road, where transfer to a taxi to your hotel. This can be the fastest mode of transportation. Or after getting off at Longyang Road, you can transfer to subway line 2 to East Nanjing Road, which is within walking distance from your hotel.
