how to get from changsha airport to hengyang

What is the easiest and cheapest way to get to HY from the airport in Changsha. Then we will need to get to Guangzhou from HY. Can anyone advise us.

From the airport, you can take the shuttle bus line 2 to reach local South Bus Station. There you can find frequent buses to each HY directly. The bus fare for HY is around 55RMB.
