About:China Customs Declaration

I moved to usa from china 14 years ago and now concern taking all my jewelry out of China

How can I do that without getting punishment from chinese customs?

Did you take them all into China from the USA? If so, you may declare them when you enter. Just show them the declaration check/proof and you can take that out. If you buy them in China, show the receipts to the customs.
