My tracking number is RB259591192CN . Status says NULL and location is IN. what does it mean?

Hi, NULL here means that it is being transfered. IN. refers to India, so your item has been in your country. Hereunder is the latest information I tracked:

However, the status still remains the same though it is already the third day since the consignment reached Kolkata...
