Urgent.I'm Mixican in Italy.tickets booked from Paris-Beijing,where do I get my chinese visa

I'm Mixican in Italy right now for shorttime work shop.This morning I visited the Chinese Embassy in Rome.They only do the service for Italian citizen. Where should I go to get mine?It's urgent cos I have my tickets booked round ways from Paris to Beijing already in one month!(the tickts r not refundable)Please help me figure out!Which Chinese embassy in Europe can help me with it.Thanks so much !
