urgent.i'm mixican in italy.

Question

I'm Mixican in Italy right now for shorttime work shop.This morning I visited the Chinese Embassy in Rome.They only do the service for Italian citizen. Where should I go to get mine?It's urgent cos I have my tickets booked round ways from Paris to Beijing already in one month!(the tickts r not refundable)Please help me figure out!Which Chinese embassy in Europe can help me with it.Thanks so much !

Hi, the fact is that it is difficult to apply in a third country now other than the country of residence. That means you should provide permanent residence permit for the country if you want to apply as a foreign passport holder. So, I am afraid you may need to send application back to your home country.
