About:China Transit Visa

what kind of visa do I need for a 72 hour trip to HK, from Shanghai?

Hi. Im staying in Shanghai with an F, which has only allowed me one entry. I'd like to spend the week end in Hong Kong and come back to Shanghai. What kind should I get?

You need a new Chinese F if you plan to go back to Shanghai again fron HK. Or you can try to apply for extension of your current F with one more entry in Shanghai before leaving for HK.
