Same problem here! I typed in my package number RB490230439CN and it said NULL status as well. Can anybody help?

Sorry to tell you that the latest information was updated on July 9th, when it was in the state of "Delivery to PVG". PVG refers to Shanghai Pudong Airport. Since then, there is no more updating.
