From the south railway station, you can take bus 348 to reach the West bus station.
If you reach CS South Railway Station, it is suggested to go to Changzhutan Bus Station, which is closer to south railway station.
They will not open during the time you travel.

Thanks for reply, still confusing, plz need info more detail and confirmation, Because my grandmother 74 years old still wanna going to Hunan, I know the winter time can be average -5 until 10 Celsius, but Zhangjiajie Forest Park, Wulinyuan Area, and Feng Huang Ancient Town is close or open? Plz info more detail to arrange for hotel, tickets, visa, etc, thanks in advance. GBU

Firstly, I'd like to tell you that during the New Year holiday, the attractions you mentioned would be open as usual. Don't worry!

To travel from CS city to Zhangjiajie, the West Bus Station is the best choice. There are more frequent buses. However, as you have a senior, Changzhutan Bus Station is much closer from the South Station. The bus tickets can be bought at the Bus Station and no need to book.

As for the hotel in Zhangjiajie, Tianshan Hotel is suggested. It is near local railway station and bus station and withing walkingh distance to the cable station to Tianmen Mountain.

For the accommodation of Fenghuang, I lived in a Dragon and Phoenix Inn, which is near the ancient town.
