I have sent a parcel in the Philippines, CN267047328CP last month, and the status is null.

If it still is of help, I just tracked that on Jul. 31st, the item has arrived at Philippines customs being checked. Since then, there is no more information. Would you mind telling me whether you have received it or not?

Sorry to hear that. Then it is highly suggested to go consult your local post office. It may have arrived and waits for fetch. If there is nothing, you'd better try hard to contact your country customs.
